  • Ligamentum uterosakral: Ligamen ini menempel pada uterus ke sakrum. Berat bayi dan rahim yang membesar menyebabkan ketegangan pada sakrum dan menyebabkan sakit punggung pada akhir kehamilan. Dalam persalinan, penambahan kontraksi menarik sakrum dan dapat menyebabkan nyeri punggung bawah yang signifikan. Penggunaan kompres panas dan dingin pada punggung bawah dapat membantu, meredakan nyeri, TENS, dan counter pressure juga sangat membantu meredakan nyeri.
